We collect and process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In principle, you can use our Internet pages without entering any personal data whatsoever, however, some general data is collected in an automated system and personal data is collected when using our contact form for when registering to use special services.
Legal bases:
The legal basis for the collection, registration and processing of your personal data is Art 6(1) point (a) of the GDPR in the event that you grant consent by, for example, entering your data.
If your data is required by us for the performance of a contract concluded with you, Art 6(1) point (b) of the GDPR shall form the legal basis for this. This also applies to the performance of measures prior to entering into a contract which relate to your enquiry, especially as regards our products and services.
Art 6(1) point (c) of the GDPR forms the legal basis for data processing on the basis of a legal obligation affecting us, e.g., the fulfilment of tax obligations.
Art 6(1) point (d) of the GDPR forms the legal basis for data processing for the protection of the vital interests of your person or another natural person, for example in the case of urgent measures due to an emergency on our company grounds.
A further legal basis may be Art 6(1) point (f) of the GDPR if data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Collection of data:
Any data input wherever our website provides an option for entering personal or business data is provided voluntarily. Altendorf will use this data solely for the respective stated purpose. If required for this purpose, the data will be stored. Your data will not be passed to any third parties.

Within the framework of your legal entitlements as per Art. 16, Art. 17 of the GDPR you may arrange to have the data we have saved on you blocked, rectified or erased.
Deletion:
Deletion of your personal data is performed on the basis of Art. 17 of the GDPR assuming this is not contrary to retention requirements and a deletion claim has been asserted as per Art. 17 of the GDPR.
Correction:
Moreover, as per Art. 16 of the GDPR you are entitled to have incomplete data completed and/or corrected.
Processing restrictions:
In accordance with Art. 18 of the GDPR, you are entitled to demand that processing restrictions are imposed.
Data transmission to third parties
Furthermore, in accordance with Art. 20 of the GDPR you have the right to data transmission provided that in this declaration we have stipulated point (a) or (b) of Art. 6(1) of the GDPR or point (a) of Art. 9(2) of the GDPR as the basis for data processing and such processing is carried out by automated means. You have the right to have your personal data transmitted directly from us to another responsible party where this is technically feasible.
Revocation:
You can revoke the consent you granted us to collect and use data without stating reasons and at any time with effect for the future. Such a revocation, however, shall not affect the legality of the data processing performed subject to your consent up to this revocation. Following your revocation, we may only process your personal data to the extent that this is permitted on the grounds of another legal basis or statutory obligation.
Objection:
For reasons resulting from your particular situation as defined by Article 21 of the GDPR you are entitled at any time to enter an objection to the processing of your data as per Art (6)1 point (e) or (f) of the GDPR.
Complaints:
In the case of data privacy violations, in accordance with Art. 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory body. The competent supervisory body for data protection issues is the data protection officer for Slovakia.

To ensure the uniform presentation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you call up a page, your browser loads the necessary web fonts in its browser cache in order to display text and fonts correctly.
To this end, the browser used by you must establish a connection to the Google servers. This notifies Google that our website was called up from your IP address.
